Belong Ottawa has been selected as a beneficiary of Hobin Architecture’s “You Give, We Give” campaign, an initiative that will match first-time donations up to a collective total of $45,000 through July 1, 2026.
Since launching the campaign in 2021, Hobin Architecture has contributed $170,000 in matched donations, while also raising awareness of the vital work carried out by community organizations such as Belong Ottawa.
“In a time of uncertainty, these organizations are experiencing increased demand for their services and need community support more than ever,” Hobin Architecture notes on its website. This growing demand is evident at Belong Ottawa, where meal service numbers continue to rise. Since June 2025, the organization has served more than 185,000 meals to individuals in need.
Shauna-marie Young, Executive Director of Belong Ottawa, highlighted the significance of the partnership in a recent comment featured in Perspective. “This spotlight gives new supporters the chance to discover our essential, lifesaving work, and it reinforces how powerful it is when charities and socially responsible companies come together,” she said. “Partnerships like these strengthen our communities and create lasting, positive impact.”
The campaign offers donors a meaningful opportunity to double their impact while supporting services that are increasingly vital to Ottawa’s most vulnerable residents.
