Our team accompanies individuals through the entire Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) application process, ensuring unique needs are understood and addressed.



What is the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)?

A provincial program
Financial and health-related assistance to Ontario residents living with disabilities in financial need
Supports individuals to live as independently as possible
Provides basic living expenses, prescription medications, dental and vision care, and employment services
Applicants must meet eligibility criteria, including demonstrating financial need, medical documentation and confirmation of disability.



What Does Belong Ottawa's Income Support Team Do?

Guide individuals through the ODSP application process
Collect and organize medical records, consent forms, and other required documents
Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure the medical portion of the ODSP application is completed
Provide step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process


